Our Methodology

Although we work with a number of different methodologies, we focus largely on Agile styles or RUP. We even have our own integration methodology (QIM) to map out an integration project through from business scenarios to implementation.

Regardless of the methodology selected, we do focus on driving out risk as early as possible. Here’s how we do it.

Address technical risk as early as possible

That is, identify the architecturally significant use-cases and implement them first. We use this approach to ensure that the key integration points are addressed early.

Focus on validation and verification.
