Aren’t you just another small to medium sized Australia SI?

We don't think so. We aim to exceed expectations and set the benchmark.

• A Safe Pair of Hands. Our team can be relied on and trusted to deliver complex projects with confidence and certainty. This isn’t marketing ploy – we live by this motto.
• Experienced Consultants. We have an unusually high ratio of experienced people, who are used to delivering successful projects.
• Close Vendor Relationships. Qubit maintains a close working relationship with its partners and will call them into play to reduce project risk if required. Qubit will use a vendor in architecture workshops, work with them to gain access to deep product expertise, access to product support and engineering, product road-maps etc.
• Mentoring and Training. We can support your team through a variety of mentoring and training activities.
• Solution Support. Qubit provides solution support to a number of its clients. Solution support provides the overall understanding required to identify and fix complex integration problems that cannot be tackled by outsourced Level 2 support contracts alone.

Why would I use Qubit instead of a large SI?

If you have a problem that a) requires large number of people, and; b) is low risk, you’re probably better looking to a large outsourcing operation. However, if you need a team who are responsive to your requirements and can deliver a high risk project with confidence and certainty, we’re a much better bet.

Why did Qubit adopt this model?

In a market increasingly dominated by large, low cost IT workforces, Qubit chose a delivery model that focuses on delivery through smaller, highly experienced teams. Our focus is always to get the job done, and keep the risk at a minimum.

Also (and perhaps selfishly), the founding members wanted to create an interesting place to work. They wanted our team to be involved in successful projects on a daily basis - and they wanted to work with smart, highly motivated people.
